A single pitch at the fair is approximately 4 square metres, enough for a trestle table with several feet in front of it. Single pitches cost £15 each, multiple pitches pro-rata. We have space for around 40 pitches.

We have trestle tables to hire at £5+VAT (£5.87) each. They are sturdy tables measuring 6’ x 2’6”. Chairs are available at a cost of £1.70+VAT (£2.00) each. These need to be booked and paid for in advance.

If your stall has a high back we need to know so that we can plan the layout to accommodate you. If you need open floor area, please contact us as soon as you can.

Electricity will be supplied to within 15 metres of your pitch and will be stall-side, ie, no need for you to trail across public access space. If, within your pitch, you do need to trail across public access space, cables must be taped along their length.

We cannot guarantee any lighting levels, please make sure that you have your own display lighting.

Get-in commences at 11am, doors open at 1pm, stalls MUST be set up and ready by then.

Get-out commences at 6pm and finishes at 7-30pm for the Kink Ball get-in. Early take-down or departure will not be tolerated: we need to keep the momentum of this event going for the evening.

Traders have access to the crew kitchen for tea and coffee through the get-in and will be given one free ticket for the evening event.

There's a private side road leading to the loading doors at Livingstone's, and there is a private car park opposite the doors where you may park, overlooked by the club's CCTV. The car park owners ask for a payment of £5 per vehicle for this: if you wish to usethis parking we can collect this with your booking or you can pay on the day.

Additionally, there is secure parking at the hotel a few minute's walk away, at a cost of £7 per day / £5 per night unless you're staying, in which case it's included. Please note: if you are leaving in the early hours, do so as quietly as you can, try not to disturb the residents. This parking needs to be booked in advance, either direct with the hotel (speak to Angela) or through us.
