The new venue proved very popular. Kinkdom 3 was a little quieter than K1, due to the venue changes, the last one of which was 8 days before K3. But the manager of new venue was more than happy with the event, so, touch wood, it will be our regular home. And, most important, everyone enjoyed themselves very much again.

We're now working hard to turn K4 into a Christmas shopping special, with some new stalls, some of which may be 'gifty' rather than overtly fetish, chance to buy those family presents as well.

Meanwhile, never like us to let the grass grow under our feet, we're planning our pony club, something we have been looking forward to for a long time.

Kinkdom1, as many will know, comprised an all-day Sunday event starting with an alternative (fetish) market, a munch and social running through the afternoon and evening, a barbeque and then becoming a serious play party and Kink Ball. We had just short of 300 people through the door, and around 20 stalls at the market.

Local licensing issues prevented us from bringing you that mix again in October for K2, and instead we held a private play party in a hotel on the Saturday evening and night. 80 people had bought tickets to attend and 15 rooms were booked when, 24 hours before we were due to open, we heard there had been problems at the venue which meant they could not open for us. We delayed the party, but managed to run it, albeit with depleted numbers, the week after.

Kinkdom3 will be back to the Sunday K1 format, licensing issues resolved, with a new venue in a neighbouring borough where our diverse minority group has been welcomed.

Kinkdom, December (7th) and January (4th) should be regular events in the Huddersfield venue, December being a Christmas Shopping Special, January being a New Year Kinky Sale. In addition, we're running a New Year's Eve Play Party in the Halifax hotel, which should be a popular event, book early!!!
